Y ppl keep adding un-official designations?

We are talking about the counties of Taiwan, official name of Penghu in taiwan is Penghu.. Gumuhua (talk) 18:50, 6 January 2009 (UTC)

Provincial Cities

The Provincial cities shouldn't be a whole category under the ROC administration. Provincial cities are not cities at the Provincial level, they're cities at the county level, meaning they're 2nd level divisions, thus should be placed as a subcategory of the Taiwan Province. Under Taiwan Province, it should be split into 2 subcategories of "Counties" and "Provincial Cities". Liu Tao (talk) 21:26, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
